UK Parliament inquiry on invasive species

The UK Parliament’s Environmental Audit Committee has launched an inquiry looking at invasive species, including across the UK Overseas Territories as well as Great Britain and Northern Ireland. 
The inquiry will focus on “the impact and management of non-native species that have a detrimental effect on native biodiversity and ecosystems, as well as public health, with threats posed by predatory behaviour, competition or by transmitting disease.”
The inquiry closes on Tuesday 30th April 2019.
